What was the next decision you had to make -celebrant/minister?

There were a number of things that came next, however locking in my caterer and hair & makeup artist (both of whom I know personally) was a big one. Next we chose our celebrant and signed her up after one meeting, it was meant to be!

We didn’t really make any more decisions about the wedding until we moved back to Australia and decided on a date. The venue was filling up so we had to knuckle down a date otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to get married in March (which was our preferred month due to low rainfall)

To be honest we really weren’t sure what we should do first so I’m glad we were kind of forced into that first initial decision to get the ball rolling. Once the date was settled it was full steam ahead getting all the other major parts of the wedding organised.
